Double Trouble!

You are probably wondering why trees are springing up in your living rooms about now. To be honest, I'm not completely sure, although I do have a theory! Christmas celebrates the birth of baby Jesus (if you believe in that kind of stuff) and baby Jesus was born in a manger. Shepherds visited him when he was born, and shepherds can be found on farms.
Farms are full of trees, so I'm thinking trees were decorated as some kind of symbol?

Whatever the reason I do think putting presents under them is a great idea!

My Dad is away at the moment. He's doing business in America, where me and Benji come from. He goes for a week at a time and has gone twice in the last month! This means we don't see him very often but it also means I get to watch all the soaps I want on TV. In fact, right now I have Corronation Street on and my box of treats are on the side ready for a snack later! When I'm not watching the aoaps I get to do fun things like play my Music and I can sleep in til 7am rather than get up at 6 with the alarm.

I do miss him though. A few good telly programmes don't make up for my Dad not being here to kiss us goodnight!
